Join host Rick Gabrielly, The Marriage BOSS, and special guest Noelle Landis, NAP, as they discuss "Getting Healthier" with a Nutritional Accountability Partner, now known as a NAP.
Noelle Landis is a personal health and fitness coach living in the Charlotte, NC area, and she helps busy female executives and entrepreneurs find time to nourish their bodies with healthy food choices as well as learning to make time for fitness, all while having fun in the process.
Growing up as a South Jersey Girl, Noelle began her journey as an overworked, overstressed court reporter in Philly. After struggling with her own health and overall wellness, she decided to make a change, leaving New Jersey to embark on a new path toward getting healthy down in Charlotte, NC.
Soon after landing there, she partnered with a highly successful, international nutritional products company called Isagenix, and began helping others lose weight, find time for fitness, and get healthier, while building a business in the process. In addition, during her search for a local fitness club to train, she walked into Orange Theory Fitness, where she found her ideal workout AND shortly after meeting the staff, decided to become a Membership Coordinator.
Noelle was recently profiled in the "Staff Spotlight" section of the OTF Newsletter here https://t.e2ma.net/message/bu4q6/3bhyji (scroll down to about the 3/4 mark of the page) She's also pictured a bit further down in the "OTF in the Community" section, after giving some personal time (and some major sweat and effort) on the "Tunnels to Towers" team from OTF, during which volunteers climb 48 sets of stairs in the Duke Energy Building in Charlotte, to benefit veterans of the 9/11 events and local area first responders. (I can tell you personally that NoNo is always giving of herself to help others, and she has a big heart. Both of these traits are big benefits to YOU, if you're looking for a coach and accountability partner.)
NAP is born.
As Noelle's passion for health and fitness in her own life grew, she wanted to help others enjoy the dramatic positive changes she was experiencing.
As Noelle's passion for health and fitness in her own life grew, she wanted to help others enjoy the dramatic positive changes she was experiencing. She formed Noelle Landis, NAP, a multi-faceted approach to overall personal health and fitness, with a focus on nutrition, exercise, accountability, and mindset. She supports individuals as well as companies seeking easy-to-access staff-friendly corporate wellness initiatives.
Noelle's clients (I'm one of them) get personal attention to create a program based on their own needs, not some cookie cutter "done for you" approach used by many coaches today. Her limitless enthusiasm, combined with high-energy and sass, bring a fresh perspective to the always challenging task of getting healthy. If you want to take charge of your life and have fun doing it, please connect with Noelle. You'll thank me people. As my own coach, I can tell you she has made a big impact on me, helping me build new habits in areas I've struggled with for years.
